General Admission 
 

• General Admission Tickets are for admission into the ballroom and do not guarantee any specific table or seat.
   

• All Daytime, and Thursday Evening, tickets are General Admission.​​

Reserved Tables
​

• All Packages that include Friday night and Saturday night come with include "Reserved Tables" for those nights.

​

• "Reserved Tables" includes space at a specific table. It does not guarantee a specific seat.
   

• Individuals and Spectators purchasing general admission tickets are not guaranteed to be seated with specific studios or any particular table.  Seating at a reserved table will be assigned based on availability.

​

• Studios are encouraged to pre-purchase an entire table and resell those tickets to their students/guests to ensure that everyone may sit together. 

​

• Reserved Tables do sell out on Saturday night.  Any Table Seating requests 10 days prior to the competition will be filled based on availability.  After all tables have been filled General Admission Tickets are standing room only.

Front Row

 

• There are limited amounts of Front Row Seats available for Friday and Saturday night.
   

• Front Row Seats must be paid for by March 4th in order to be held.

​

• All Front Row tickets not paid in full before March 4th will be released back into general sales.

Will Cll
 

• All tickets and packages will be held at the registration desk.​

​

Payment
​

• Ticket sales are non-refundable.
   

• Payments before March 1st may be made with Cash, CC, Zelle, or by Mailing a check to
  Gateway Dancesport Championships 1824 Green Berry Road Jefferson City MO 65101.

​

• DO NOT put checks, cash, or entries in the mail after March 4th.
   

• Payments made with a credit card will have an additional 4% administrative fee.
