Only entires turned in and paid for by February 5 will be eligible for the Early Payment Discount.
Entries and Checks that are mailed must be post marked by February 5th.
Final Registration...February 24 2024
All Entires Received after February 24 will not qualify for discounted package prices,
regardless of purchasing a meal/ticket package.

Late Fees
All Entires received after February 26th are subject to a $50 per person late fee.

After the Event Starts
Entires received after the start of the competition will be added soley at the discretion of the Organizer and are subject to a $50 per person late fee.
