The original organizers of the Gateway Dancesport Championships (previously St. Louis Star Ball Championships) were LeRoy and Ginny Walters, 37 years ago. A few years later LeRoy was also one of the originators of the Dancers Cup Tour. His work and life touched so many, and his lasting contributions to the ballroom industry are countless.
